RETURN POLICY

We stand behind all of our products here at Elegant Baby.  If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange of product within 14 days of receipt of purchase.  All returns must be unused, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags still attached.
If you bought your product from a retail distributor, other website, or third party, we cannot handle the exchange and you should contact the company you purchased from.  Also, we cannot accept any personalized products for refund or exchange, for obvious reasons.  This includes all engraving and monogramming. 
In the event of a return of a defective or damaged product, we will exchange your item for an equivalent undamaged item, or refund the purchase price of the item minus applicable shipping and gift wrapping.  Simply download our return product form, fill it out, and send it in.  Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will replace or return your item as requested.
Please note, if the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, any refund will be credited back to that account.  This includes gift purchases.
