Q.  Why is Baby Needs conducting this recall?
A.  We are conducting this recall to keep our customers safe and prevent injuries by removing the problem products.

Q.  How can I tell if my product is affected by the recall?
A.  The products are the two (2) sterling silver teethers made in Mexico that are pictured below.

Q.  Are any other teethers or sterling items affected by this recall?
A.  No, Only these two (2) styles are being recalled.

Q.  What is the problem with my product?
A.  The heart or car may break off causing a choking hazard infants.

Q.  I haven't seen any problem with my product. Can I continue to give it to my child?
A.  No, even though your teether seems to be safe, we are asking consumers to immediately stop using it and participate in the recall by returning the item to us for a full refund.

Q.  How can I take advantage of this recall?
A.  Call our toll-free number 800-334-5321 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. We will arrange for the teether to be returned and we will send you a check for the full purchase price of $56 or give you a $75 merchandise credit on our website at www.elegantbabygifts.com

Q.  I no longer have the receipt for the product. Can I still return it?
A.  Yes, you can still return the product without the receipt.

Q.  The teether was given to me as a gift. Can I still return it?
A.  Yes, you should still return it and we will send you a check for $56, or choose a $75 merchandise credit on our website at www.elegantbabygifts.com . Please advise the gift recipient that the heart or car teether has been recalled and that they should immediately take the teether away from infants. They may contact us should they have further questions.
